Hello! I'm back. It's been two years. I've had another kid, and I'm probably ten pounds heavier. Still running though, whenever I can. I really want to increase mileage this year.  I want to run 1750 miles this year, which is about 35 miles a week. I'm off to a bad start, because I was sick the first two weeks of the year. This week I've managed 15 miles or so. I do feel strong though, so I think I can crank up to 35-40 over the next few weeks if I make sure I run slow.
